Shipping policy


Shipping Update – Canada

Due to recent changes in Canadian import regulations, Australia Post has temporarily suspended parcel deliveries to Canada and its territories, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

As a result, we are currently unable to ship orders to these destinations. We are monitoring the situation closely and will resume shipping as soon as services become available.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Rates Estimates

Our shipping rate estimates are:

Australia

  • Free standard shipping applies for orders over AU$100, and auto-fill of 2 or more products per month
  • AU$10 standard shipping for orders under AU$99.99
  • AU$15 for any express shipping

International

  • Standard shipping flat rate of AU$15.00 to New Zealand
  • Standard shipping flat rate of AU$25.00 to the United States of America, and the United Kingdom
  • Standard shipping flat rate of $50.00 standard shipping everywhere else
We do not offer express shipping internationally.

International customers must also cover any duties, fees or taxes relating to importing goods into their country. Duties, fees and taxes vary from country to country and we suggest you refer to your government's website to understand your final charges before placing an order.

These estimated rates are shown as at October 2024 only and may change from time to time. Your final shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within two business days of you placing the order. This may be longer during busy sale periods.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days (depending on your State or Territory).
  • By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order. You are responsible for ensuring that there is a secure place to leave your order or that someone is available to accept the delivery. We are not liable for orders that the courier confirms has been delivered.
  • Your delivery may be delayed for reasons outside of our control (for example, if the third-party courier experiences delays). We are not responsible for these delays.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by you and Famous Nutrition, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
  • You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

Order Cancellation

We may cancel your order or part of your order if:
  • your payment for the order is unsuccessful;
  • stock is unavailable for the products in your order;
  • a product was incorrectly priced due to a system or human error;
  • the products are subject to product recall or withdrawal;
  • an event beyond our reasonable control prevents or hinders our ability to fulfil your order (for example, industrial action, natural disasters, health emergencies).
We will contact you if we need to cancel your order and refund any amount already paid for the cancelled order.

You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at hello@famousnutrition.com. We may accept the cancellation of an order at our sole discretion. We do not accept any cancellation requests for orders that have been dispatched.
